San Diego HypnoBirthing
Classes are $375 per couple for the 5 week series
Care's classes are $525 per couple for the 5 week series
(Care teaches on Tues at the Birth Education Center)
Classes are taught in a 5 week series as required by the HypnoBirthing® Institute.Classes are 2 1/2 to 3 hours in length. Classes start on time and end on time because we are respectful of your various schedules.
PLEASE sign up for classes as soon as you can - some are filling months in advance and we want to ensure you have a spot when you need it.
If you have to miss a class - private makeup sessions are $100.00.
The HypnoBirthing® textbook and Rainbow Relaxation download are included in the price of the class, as well as all handouts.
It is recommended that you take the classes sometime between month 5-8 of your pregnancy.
Finding the right care provider early means you can usually take the class later in your pregnancy.
We would recommend that you be DONE with the course by 36 weeks- 38 weeks at the latest.
However, it is never too early to sign up. And, it is never too late either. You can always benefit from taking the HypnoBirthing® classes regardless of when you take them. Moms that have taken private classes during their last weeks have had as much success as those that took the classes in the first trimester.
If you can - before the classes begin, you can read the book "HypnoBirthing®, the Mongan Method." You will need tobring your book with you to each class(you will get it in class #1) and something to take notes on. Also, feel free to dress comfortably and bring snacks/drinks.
