Looking for a Doula?

If you are looking for a Doula to help with your HypnoBirthing - PLEASE find a doula that is trained(by auditing a class series) certified in HypnoBirthing or a doula that has several HypnoBirths under their belt. Your birth is a different kind of birth and in order to get the support you need - the training is essential! Ask if they have attended a class series like you have, taken the certification course and if they have attended any HypnoBirthing births. To find Doulas in your area or also, if you would like to be trained as a Doula - please check out this website. Never be afraid to ask a doula if they are a certified with DONA. (One can just take the training course but never follow up with the certification). If they are certified, the initials to look for are CD(DONA). The certification process is quite lengthy and well worth the effort and expertise.
