Doulas (HB Trained)...

If you are looking for a Doula to help with your HypnoBirthing - PLEASE find a doula that is trained(by auditing a class series or two) or who is certified in HypnoBirthing or a doula that has several HypnoBirths under their belt. Your birth is a different kind of birth and in order to get the support you need - the training is essential! Ask if they have attended a class series like you have, taken the certification course and how many HypnoBirthing births they have attended.
