Welcome to my site! I am so excited that you are curious about this process. Have you known someone who has used HypnoBirthing® techniques in their labor? Did you hear about HypnoBirthing in the media? Or perhaps you just stumbled upon my site while looking for a way to give birth unmedicated. Regardless of how you found me - I am so glad you're here.  As far as I am concerned - HypnoBirthing is the best kept secret in town and I want to let everybody in on it!

  Many women approach the delivery of their baby with fear. Yet every day, women all over the world give birth then continue on with their daily work with their newborn strapped tightly to their chest. How do they do that? What are we missing with all of our medical advances? You need not fear. There is a better way for us to give birth. After all, birth is a natural part of life.

   For a lot of our HypnoBirthing moms, this baby has been planned for, hoped for and has sometimes taken years just to conceive. I know you want the best experience possible - not only for birth but your pregnancy as well. You only have one chance to birth this baby(there are no "do-overs" in birth!). Each birth is a unique experience together, as a family, whether it is your first child or your fifth. I want to help you have that wonderful birthing experience you have dreamed of. And if you didn't know there was such a thing as a wonderful birth - then you have come to the right place, because there is such a thing as a wonderful birth! And education is the key to a wonderful birth!

   As with any method of childbirthing classes, practice makes the all the difference in howHypnoBirthing will work for you and your partner. If you are willing to put in the effort and embrace the philosophy behind it, HypnoBirthing  will help you to create the best birthing experience possible. As a HypnoBirthing mom myself, I can say that this method changed my life for the better, and I am so grateful I have the opportunity to share HypnoBirthing  with others.
